Create an account and log in
This article walks you through signing up for Dubly.AI, verifying your email, and what to expect on your first login.
Creating your account
Go to dubly.ai and click Login → Sign Up.
Fill in the signup form:
First name and last name — shown to teammates later.
Email — this will be your login. Use an address you check, because you'll need to verify it.
Company name — used to name your organization inside Dubly.AI. You'll see it in the sidebar; your teammates see it when you invite them.
Password — at least 8 characters, with at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit.
Click Sign Up. By submitting, you accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (both linked next to the button).
Verifying your email
After you submit:
Check your inbox for a verification email from Dubly.AI.
Click the link in the email.
You land on the Dashboard with a confirmation message.
If the email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. Still nothing? Email hello@dubly.ai from the address you tried to sign up with.
What gets created automatically
When you verify your email, Dubly.AI sets up:
Your personal organization, named after the company name you entered at signup.
1 free credit — enough to try a short dub end-to-end before you subscribe.
Owner role for you in the new organization.
There's no separate onboarding questionnaire — you land straight on the Dashboard ready to start.
Joining an existing organization via invite
If someone invited you to their Dubly.AI organization, don't sign up from the homepage. Instead:
Open the invitation email.
Click the link — it takes you to a signup form with your email already filled in.
Set your first name, last name, and password. That's it — no company name, because you're joining an existing organization rather than creating a new one.

Logging in
Log in at app.dubly.ai with your email and password. You land on the Dashboard — a quick-access view of your recent dubs, your plan status, and shortcuts to start a new project or change settings.
Sign-in is currently email and password only. The Google sign-in button on the login page is disabled while we finish migrating that flow.
Forgot your password?
On the login page, click Forgot password?
Enter your email. A reset link is sent to your inbox.
Follow the link and set a new password.
The new password must meet the same rules as at signup (8+ characters, at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter, and one digit).
Common issues
Email already registered — use the forgot-password flow to recover access.
Verification link expired — request a new verification email from the login screen.
Still stuck — contact hello@dubly.ai from any email you can reach, and include the email address on the account.
